KALO-TV was granted a license by the FCC in September of 1999. It was founded and operated by Pacifica Broadcasting in Honolulu, Hawaii until August 2009. The current owner is One Love Outreach, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii. KALO-TV is a non-profit 501C3 company and is totally viewer supported.
